Unhelpful and unsafe

I wanted to settle the account for my father's funeral at AVBOB White River, Mpumalanga with a debit card. The two members of staff present at the office were not wearing masks when I entered and did not attempt to rectify this throughout my visit. They could not assist me to pay for their services as they did not have a working paypoint machine. No indication could be given about the possible availability of a machine in the next few days after my visit.
