Unhappy with service, AGAIN

Policy number: AL***X0 I went to the East London office, completed the policy surrender documents on 20 August 2020. Up until today, my money has not been paid. When I called to inquire, I am told they never received my policy surrender documents. When I try to contact the local East London office, I cannot get through their landline. This is really unacceptable.
