Unhappy with complaint processing

I picked up from my salary advice that Avbon was deducting an amount of R200 without my consent. I submitted all necessary paperwork at the Richards Bay branch on 1st December 2020 to have this ********** policy cancelled and be refunded of the premiums thereof. Till today it's been nothing but a drag to get a refund of funds deducted by Avbob without my consent.

I semt through an affidavit as they requested me stating onve again how i did not sign up fpr this policy and request a refund. I am hoghly dissatisfied by the poor communication and slow progress in my request. I may as well cancel the original policy that i have taken up because clearly this is a reflection of the difficulty I'll in case of claiming.
