Unhappy

I received the below message..from Avbob..I never changed numbers, I dont even know ***. I joined R2000 investment trying to save not to be ****med..at first you'll debited without my permission now there's changes of numbers that I am not aware of.. I've came to a final decision, I am canceling my investment policy of R2000 a month and I call for an immediate refund, I dont feel like my investment is safe, I never called to change numbers yet am receiving this...no this is uncalled for. I want my two months premium investment back and a stop on next deduction I am totally unhappy.
