Unhappy client

I Siziwe Mdashe would like you to help me regarding my policy that are handled by Avob. I am paying this policy monthly, for a long time. But everyday i am getting messages that my policies are in Areas. Last week i visit Avbob office providing them with proof of Payment but still they keep saying that my policy are in areas and i am paying this policy monthly.. I am not winning, I feel ****** or ********** by Avob. Policy number Ref AL***X6. I took a loan from AVBOB which i paid yesterday. I also take over my brother policy (.late brother) deceased i am paying his policy every month but still the same they said this policy got debt and it's in areas .
