Unfair labour practice

I’m writing this on behalf of my brother Japhta Motlhamme Ramasodi who worked temporarily as a gardener for avbob! Cell nr ***, born 68/05/05He started on the 18/12/17 until 3/02/18 and to date they haven't paid him his 9 days he worked for! The branch manager was Mrs Cynthia Choba whom he called a million times until she decided not to answer his call anymore and until she never came to the branch and till today he hasn’t been paid, Cynthia asked him to fill in petty cash forms which he did but to date nothing happened! He was told to speak to Nokuthula on the 13/02/19, which also he didn’t get any joy!he also spoke to Ernest Mokoena *** and Azalea Mitchel *** at the complaints dept! My problem is AVBOB IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST INSURANCE COMPANIES IN SOUTH AFRICA BUT REFUSE TO PAY A TEMPORARY GARDENER WHO MADE THEIR PREMISES TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL ! THEY OWE HIM HIS 9 DAYS PLUS INTEREST FOR 3 YEARS!WHY GIVE HIM THE RUN aAROUND FOR 3 YEARS! INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM!THIS IS EXPLOITATION AND UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE!HE HAS AFFIDAVITS TO ALL WHAT HAPPENED!
