Unauthorized debit Orders by Avbob

I have recently joined Avbob for myself, my daughter and my extended family. Initially I was going to pay for 9 family members an amount of R506 (AL 551575OX1) later decided to amend the policy by reducing members and ended up having to pay R381.95 (AL ***X7). The policy was supposed to deduct from 15 July 2019 and it has but to my surprise now they have also deducted R506 for the initial policy I cancelled and amended to be R381.95. I have emailed the rep that assisted me with this policy and she tells me that money can only be returned after 7 day and will take 3 days for them to confirm that they have received the money. I want my money returned back to me ASAP and I want the existing policy cancelled with immediate effect as I do not like this way of doing business. I am being ******, Betty Lekalakala had enough time to make sure the initial policy was cancelled but she did not do so. And now I have a financial gap in my pocket because of her. Please assist to cancel and return my money back I no longer want any policy with Avbob
