Unacceptable service from Head office

I have an Avbob policy for more than 3 years now. I added my daughter in 2018, i informed them this is my daughter to be added as a child. In 2020 in September i found out my daughter was added under the extended benefit. I requested my daughter be moved to the children's benefit as i also needed to add my son to the policy. To date my son has been added to the policy and my daughter has since been removed from the policy without my consent. Avbob head office needs to do as they told and not do what they think is right. Where is the common sense how can i remove my minor daughter from a policy.
