Unacceptable Lack of Response on Critical Funeral Policy Matters

Avbob’s processes are broken. Emails go unanswered, phone numbers don’t work, and even the complaints team ignores queries. I was forced to use LinkedIn for a matter as serious as funeral policies, now I’m being ghosted there too.

This is unacceptable for a company meant to support families at critical times. Avbob must fix its communication channels and provide clear, formal guidance on how claims will be processed if the beneficiary is outside South Africa, and whether a local family member can lodge the claim instead.
