Unable to register a cash back claim

Called the Call Centre, held on the line for more than 30 minutes, left messages to no avail, I finally got a call and when the consultant discovered that I want to claim for cash back she immediately hung up.....You have promised that if I am claim free for 5 years then you will reward me, please honor this, as I have been with you guys for more 9 years and never claim
