I chose to deal with the *****ulent policy opened discreetly, only to get into an argument with your staff about they did their job by sending me a ***** complaint form, inturn another R670 will be deducted! How on God's green earth do you guys open policies without ID but with Persal numbers? Unprofessional and ******** behaviors from such a big company and its so normal your staff has the IDGAF attitude!!!
