On April 2023 the AVBOB brokers come to my work place to present their Products, then became interested, the following week I called WhatsApp the broker and told her I'm no longer interested after after a month I received the sms notification that the policy has been activated, this is on the 17 May 2023. The same day I called the AVBOB head office to cancel, nd was told that it won't go through. July 2023 I see it on my payslip that it's active nd when I call the call center I'm taken from pillar to post. This is a *****ulent policy and I'm so disappointed in those sales/brokers. I have all the evidence of everything I have stated.
