*****ulent policy cancelation

I've had a hell of a week because of these schemes... Avbob deducted money from my account last month i sent an email on the 20th of August with no helpful response, i called 2 days ago and i found our the person who messed with me is Thobeka Zungu with employee number 31855. i called the number she used to register me and she completely denied ever doing such yet avbob is still not deducting money from me... I need this policy canceled and refunded my money, it's the 3rd company now playing with my kids money just like that, this is very disappointing because now i have to go through the trouble to make sure they never do this again, and no one from Avbob is willing to be helpful. i need my money back
