*****ulent deduction at AVBOB

I have been patient enough with Avbob, their consultant Mr Ben Mokgatle who called earlier is now quiet and there's no way that Avbob can't close the policy and refund me my money on a policy that I don't know. I have sent multiple emails but positive response.

I demand Avbob to close the policy and send me proof via my email (available to them) that the policy with policy number AL***A8 and GA 80197 has been closed.

And I demand a date when my money will be refunded.
