Traumatized and hurt double am broken
At this point am in tears and traumatized by avbob.my policy was on arears then I was advised by avbob assistance to pay up my arears before making a claim of cause I did that.then after running up and down with them.yes they did fatch the body from hospital to their mutual now when I am making a claim I was told to go home to wait for them to call because my policy is behind.they did not call me even now I do not know a way forward to my problem.after I have been with them for years without any claim.now my first claim they treating me like this at this point.mind you they are only sending me now sms trying to support their statement of which those sms they were never sent to while I was not claiming my cashback.at this point I do not know where to start
