Total mess
These people have no idea what they are doing .I have been waiting for over 13 days for my refund and still nothing .I spoke to Wanda (Management ) and she told me about a back log and still didnt give me a date about when my money will be paid back.I am so glad i surrendered my policy with these people .Their service is appalling.
