Tombstone not erected properly

<p>AVBOB erected my Mother’s tombstone only 2 years ago but there are already deep gaps around it - indicating that it was not erected properly. I have constantly been contacting AVBOB (Gavin & Thembi) since March 2016. The most recent ordeal is that in May I was informed that this matter has been sorted only to find out that the soil from another grave was used to fill in the gaps on my Ma's tombstone! Included in my concerns is the possibly of the tombstone collapsing into the grave which will have serious implications as it is obvious that the foundation was never done properly. I have constantly appealed to AVBOB that this matter needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency – but in vain!</p>
