To many ups and downs

I visited an avbob branch in pmb to surrender a policy the lady at the front desk assisted me very well, and she said everything is done successfully. After a week haibo there is no repond from avbob I phone customer service they said must redo the whole process then they faxed me the relevant forms, haibo I filled them and faxed them back but now when in call to find out if my forms were received they say no and give me another fax no I fax on that no again call again no that fax no is wrong, fax it to the correct one that im given again il call they say no that one is incorrect ive faxed three times and im very disappointed because really I dont know whats going on there at avbob are yol playing games with us.i understand the high volume off faxes but why a thousand a thousand of faxes fo yols consultants know the correct companys fax no .I dont no il wait and again you will say ive sent the wrong papers after waiting .I dont no if its coming in or out im really disappointed. I feel like cancelling al my policys I have with you.
