I would like to thank Nompumelelo Maphumulo and Sbusiso Mthembu for the excellent service received at your Pinetown branch.<br> I went in to Surrender my policy and was greeted with nothing but happy faces. <br> I received a sms informing me about an outstanding requirement and immediately called Nompumelelo, she then informed me that the requirement had been sorted.<br> A day later Sbusiso called me to inform me that my policy had been surrendered and that the money would reflect in my account the following day. He then called me the following morning to do a follow up of whether i had received the money.<br> <br> I wish we had more people like this, who do their job with passion and love.<br> <br> keep up the good work Pinetown branch<br> <br>
