They refuse to cancel funeral policy

I've been canceling the funeral policy since May and they gave been promising to cancel but till today they still deducting my money and they haven't return any money. Everything I make a followup by calls they always ask for bank statement that I've been sending forever.ive even ran out if airtime calling avbob all the time.now I sent emails all they do is sent auto texts that says they will get back to me but they never did.
