Terrible service since last week Thursday

<p> My step father passed away on Thursday and my mother went to make arrangements and they said that he only owes for 3months.My mother offered to pay that 390 ,they said no they will take from mthe bonus Which showed it was 1000. They moved the body from the hospital in Mahikeng Zeerust. Tuesday my mother goes to the branch they said money will be in the account in 48hours. My mother goes again yesterday the cover has lapsed. Like really now. Not happy because my mother is not working and the funeral is this weekend</p>
