TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM AVBOB

Good Evening My parents had a policy with AVBOB and unfortunately I still have it myself. We lost our both our parents and instead of well deserved service we got the most pathetic service ever. The most painful moments of our lives when they cremated our mother without us being aware of it. We escalated the matter to their head office who can back to us with the sense of payment waive to fix the mess however we still had questions regarding the remaining policy in force but we have been bluntly ignored. We delt with the Senior Clerk from their complaint department by the name of Debra Marais who has also became part of what AVBOB does best of provide us with pathetic service.
