Terrible service

I have recently taken a policy with AVBOB unfortunately last month they sent me an sms stating that they will deduct my premium before the preferred date, I specifically said they should deduct on the 25th because I know there is always money on my account, today I have a text message apparently I have misssed 3 premium THIS IS A LIE They are doing as they please and this is so frustrating and very and fair we agreed to debit mandates for a reason and they do not take us seriously I called their call center countless times they promised to to an immediate debit order for the missed month to this date it has not happened instead they lie and say there are no funds on my account there’s not even an attempt to debit money on my account their systems is either compromised or outdated and I am WORRIED ABOUT DATA THEY HAVE ABOUT US CONSUMERS WILL IT NOT BE Messed with by ****mers I am so appalled I need to go out of my way to go make payments where as I chose the debit order option which is convenient choice for but no they are just messing with my mental health can someone please contact me and tell me why they are failing to debit for the missed month!
