target market in advert
I was highly disturbed when I recently watched the avbob ad on zee TV. In the ad only blacks and whites are used to promote their policy. So does that mean that Indians and coloureds must not take their policy, if that's the case then I feel that they should not play that advert on an Indian channel

We are sorry to hear that you are offended as this was certainly not our intention. On the contrary, the main message of the advert is about togetherness and inclusivity.
It's worth mentioning that the cast was to a large degree predetermined, as it comprises mostly of the AVBOB Mzansi Youth Choir, who form an integral part of the campaign.
For the few additional cast members, the casting process looked to include characters from different backgrounds, including a coloured woman who you will see quite prominently on the mountain top.
Also, let it be added that although Zee TV was not part of the original Media planning, it has been very well received by other Indian viewers on this station.
Again, apologies for any offense caused. We can assure you that the Indian community is very much part of the AVBOB family.
Kind Regards,
AVBOB Family
