Taking money via persal without my consent.unknown initials and beneficiaries

Disappointed How can you guys fail to show me the documents I signed for you to debit via persal number?.they hace been taking my money i went there for inquiries the initials are not mine the beneficiary is someone i dont even know yet my persal is there guys nooo this is totally unacceptable i need my money back for the months or years debit i never signed your contract and i need explanation for false information included there
