Surrendered policy, payment late.

Everything had been going well through the cancellation process to receiving my premium refund on another policy I had with them until now. On the 25th of September I went to the secunda branch to surrender my two other policies that I had and was told I'll recieve the amount within 10 days but to this day there has been no payment. Reading the reviews here has really made me feel like I've made the best decision to move from this company because they seem so unreliable. I wonder when I will be receiving the payment.
