Still Refusing to cancel my policy
I asked 2 Weeks ago and yesterday again to cancel my policy. Someone from Head office phoned and just asked hello ma'am what is your ID number? As they cannot pick up my policy I even wrote the letter you guys asked me to write what more do you want. Please cancel this policy and I will take it to the ombudsman.
