"Spesiale Bonus' paid to 3rd party account instead of policy holder!!!
I'm writing this on behalf my 85 year old Mom, Mrs. MJM Blignaut, Policy Number GT***X5. You just paid her 'Spesiale Bonus' (That she was very much looking forward to!) into our sister's bank account, Mrs. J G*****!!! How on earth, in this day and age, with the strict FICA requirements did you manage to pay her money into a 3rd party's bank account?
