<p>Ive got a funeral policy with Avbob for ( to my understanding) about 3 or 4 years. ive only noticed last month that my debit order did not go off for my premium. i contacted the Avbob call centre and to my suprise i'm now told that my policy lappsed in 2014 already. with no communication from them. To date they've deducted a total of R4205.48 in premiums. now im told that i cant get my money back. Where does my R4205.48 go to if i never even claimed. WhWHY CANT I GET MY MONEY BACK, IT IS MY MONEY. THIS IS ****************!</p> <p>BUNCH OF *****S!</p>
