Short paid refund on over debitted account
Avbob has over debited my account for October month (R653 the same amount that was debited in September when i was settling my arrears) instead of (R217.69 my normal premium). To my suprise on 3 November I was only refunded R130.00. To my calculation i was expecting R435. I need this matter to sorted out as soon as possible.
