Shockingly Good Customer Service from Ms M Adams!
Late at it is I have to do this. Today This morning I had the pleasure no the privilege to speak to Ms M Adams regarding my query. Even though I pressed to the Afrikaans option, she assisted me in the most kindest and professional manner ever! She even went out of her way to check on info I;d sent and told me how to correct. Further still she gave me her direct email address! In this day and age for a client care agent to treat you as though YOU matter is very scarce. She even sent me an sms with her details as she still had; not received my email! What. Who does that? She managed to get my details and forward them to the relevant department. I am in awe. Avbob you have a gem in this young lady. I with this goes towards her appraisal.
