Shocking service at funeral

Attended the funeral of a loved one today in Heidelberg. As we arrived at the graveyard, the grave had not been prepared. No gazebo set up, no chairs laid out, NO preparations done on the grave. The men had to jump around to assist the poor driver (chaffeur) to set up die poles etc to be able to lower the coffin (which got stuck and opened up). How shocking is this??!! This was appaling experience for her loved ones and also SO UNFAIR towards the poor employee from AVBOB who kept on apologising and trying his level best to safe the day! You are blessed with this employee but the rest of your Heidelberg team who was suppose to supervise the execution of ALL requirements was a total failure leading to a terrible experience!!! Everyone was more focused on getting the coffin in and lowered than actually saying their goodbyes! This can never be repeated ever again. A moment ****** from this Family.
