I phone to the pretoria branch consultants of Avbob to find more information about their funeral plans and Life insurance on the 11/02/2016<br> Bonganie she said was her name and I asked her very clearly if as foreigner I can get a policy in the company and she told me YES YES, I asked again are serious because I phone other insurance companies and they told me they don't do it with foreigners, she again told me yes we can help you and you just have to give me the date of birth or your ID from you country and I almost continue with the procedure but something told me to wait as I heard she was trying to hard to convince me. I told her I do not want it now but I will phone back.<br> Today 12/02/2016 I phoned again to be sure so I can proceed with the policy and another consultant answered a very polite guy that I do not remember his name but I did ask him the same questions and he told me that it's not possible he can help me only if I have South African ID otherwise he can open for me but when the time to claim comes they will not pay me. <br> <br> I will recommend that whoever Bonganie is to have more training on your policies as she could have give me a big headache and lose money!!
