**** service from Avbob Kuils River branch

I'm very disgruntled and unhappy about the service I received from Avbob. Specifically the Kuils River branch in the Western Cape. They might as well close that branch. Its like a holiday inn. Those in there is so unprofessional and there is no eagerness to assist the clients. On the 21st of July I submitted my certified copy and bank statements because of a cash back due to me. They were struggling with their emails there. I don't know. For some or other reason it was slow or not working. They eventually contacted me to inform me they've received my statements via email.... Cool... Today which is the 05th of August, I receive an email saying I must submit my copy of my ID and bank statement... Are you serious. Here I'm waiting on the funds and in need of the funds, but AVBOB tells me I must go and redo all the admin... Are they mad?...ive done my part. You must be sick really... Close that damn Kuils River branch where they don't pick up their phone and emails is not working... Ill take my business elsewhere too... And slam the hell out of AVBOB where ever I can... This is beyond poor service... Sies
