******** preying on grieving families

I had the worse experience with Avbob Secunda, they are rude and down right ********. I have been a client with Avbob for 15 years and my first time logging a claim was a nightmare to say the least. Firstly they took their time to transport my brother's body from Ermelo to Secunda giving me all different kinds of excuses, then it came to the actual funeral arrangements I was told on top of my cover I need to pay close to R10000 when I ask the manager "Tjookie" what are my free benefits that I am entitled to he gave me a run around. When I requested an invoice for all these costs I came to find that they are charging me for PPE, telephone costs, transportation of the deceased, refreshments, tents and cemetery decoration. I was being charged for death registration of which I had done on my very own at home affairs. My wish was to lay my brother to rest in peace but Avbob Secunda made sure that never happens, they are not ashamed of preying on grieving families and taking advantage of them. I will never recommend Avbob to anyone.
