SATISFACTORY FINAL SERVICE

I would like to come back and write a positive review about Avbob Mutual Assurance this time around. After a very frustrating start, I herewith wish to post that the Branch Manager at Paarl deserves some credit for assisting me in getting the claim paid on time.

Having submitted the claim forms on the 6th January, I was told to wait until Monday the 11th January in order for the Claims Department to make the payment. That day arrived and I decided to send a WhatsApp chat to the Paarl branch Manager to see if she could assist me.

I immediately phoned the Head Office number and a consultant told me that a claim would be paid on or about 2 pm on even date and also clarified that one of the branch managers had written a note to the Claims Department in order to fast track the payment that morning.

On or about 2:30 pm, the Branch Manager at Paarl phoned me and assured myself that the claim would be paid and also wanted to know which bank am I using. I told her that I'm using the same bank as Avbob and that's when she again promised me that I should not worry at all.

At about 6:20 pm I stopped at an ATM at Rawsonville and noticed that indeed the money had already been paid into my bank account. Few minutes later, I logged onto my WhatsApp and noticed that the Branch Manager had sent me a message asking if I did receive the money.

That proved to me how great she is and made it easier for me to archieve my dream of giving the deceased a dignified funeral and a proper send-off.

All my family members were so happy about my contribution to cement the grave of the lost family member and including assisting with petty cash where necessary.
