Rude staff members, incorrect information and invoicing.

Horrible service from Avbob Pretoria west . No sense of Ubuntu and Sympathy at all, it was very evident that to them it was just a business transaction. Charmaine has no idea what she is doing , she refers everything to her boss who is also very unkind and rude . Invoicing incorrectly done and we ended up paying R1800 that we were not suppose to pay now we must wait for a refund . Horrible horrible service , they made the pain of loosing our baby hurt even more . Very disappointing to come across such in this kind of industry . I hope I even my friends and family never ever have to deal with AVBOB PRETORIA WEST , CHARMAINE and her VERY RUDE MANAGER.
