Rude and disrespectful
Spoke to a lady by the name of Mmasechaba Rahube for a policy query. First of all she answers the call with so much attitude, rude, with an undermining tone like she does not want to be there , gives me wrong information on my policy, asks me to hold forever with no response! Your agents should not be on the calls if they do not feel like it!
