Ridiculous Avbob
Avbob intentionally cancelled my debit orders and I made a plan to get a link to enable me to pay but this month it’s a different story, the links don’t work, I called a numbers of times and the calls gets cut, the last time I called the consultant told me I was in the emergency section, she took down my details and advised someone will call me, I am still waiting and I know they’ll be cancelling my policies because of the non payments but it’s not my fault and they won’t want to understand that.
My partners policy was cancelled due to the same tactics and I think they intentionally cancel consumers debit orders, not call consumers back and cancelled any Chanel used to pay so the policies lapse so they don’t have to assist you in times of need.
