Refusing to cancel my policy
I sent a email to avbob 2 weeks ago requesting a cancellation for my policy. No one contacted me. Today someone from the cancellations department Pulane she said sarcastically said she will not cancel the policy. I must write a letter as I signed up with a broker. I work with insurance I will never work through a broker so that's the reason she will not break any rules as she follows what she has been thought to do. I don't care about a refund just cancel this policy
