Refusal to provide services
I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the Avbob funeral services Port Elizabeth branch. They refused to provide me with the funeral order number including the BI1663 document for my Mother to assist with winding up her estate as I am the executor. I repeatedly asked them for it and they keep on changing their stories.
