refund on investment

Today i went to avbob to cancel my investment which I've had for about 7 months. When i took my investment i was told that if i should cancel this investment i would get all my money back to my surprise i was told i would get penalised from cancelling which is strange because the person who made me sign documents said all my money would come as is. So today the lady at the front desk said there's nothing she can do and she really looked like she didn't want to help i mean its my money afterall. I want all my money back as is not that R400 i was told i would get im highly dissapointed at avbob. Because i thought they were betterthan all the other policy companies. Im not accepting anything else apart from what is owed to me.
