Refund on a lapsed policy

I was told by two Avbob employees that I was eligable for a refund from Avbob because I made payment on a policy which had lapsed. The 1st one advised I sent documents to them via email and provided me with everything. The 2nd one advised I go to the branch if itsnot too far, indeed I went there and was assisted by Petric who advised I should receive the money within 5 days a week and a half has passed and I'm still waiting.

Can Avbob kindly advise when I can expect that refund
