Refund

Avbob will make you take duplicates of policies without your knowledge I just realized I have duplicate of policies and went to make a complain and my complain no is GA54279 asking for my refund for both duplicates policy no AL***X1 and AL***X1 they did refund one policy still holding on the other one that doesn't even have beneficiary on it.

Everytime I call they tell me that the lady by the name of Liza Victor is holding the case and she's always not available, how come in a big company like this only one person can do the job and if she's is not there we supposed to wait and we there ones who are paying our hard earned money.
