Refund

I am dissatisfied with the level of speed it is taking Avbob to process my refund. On Thursday, 17 December 2015 I submitted my bank statement for refund and I was told by the consultants that refund from my funeral cover will be paid in 48 hours after submitting the required/outstanding document. <br> <br> Today, 22 December 2015, I went to the branch and was told the person handling my file is on leave and will be back in two weeks to process my refund. The file is locked away in his office and no staff has access to file to process the refund. I am truly saddened by this and such level of work has the ability to dent my overall relationship and experience with the Brand Avbob. <br> <br> I cant wait for two weeks to receive a refund that is due to me for a funeral that took place on 12 december 2015.
