Promises of immediate payment to the value of R12 500, with no delivery of promise
Paid up Policy and AVBOB refuses to pay me the cremation cost of R12 500 on a policy with a value of +R77 000, when they have a legitimate rule stating they'll cover with immediate effect a funeral to the value of R12 500,

We confirm that communication regarding the claim was provided to you. We are unable to adhere to your request and confirm that you not the contracting party on the relevant AVBOB policy or nominated beneficiary of the policy.
As requested, we require the party nominated as the executor of the estate for deceased to submit the claim for review.
