Premiums Arrangements.

I have been with avbobo for more than a 15 years now, was always on time with payments. Even after i was offered an early pension at work... I have paid all my past 16 years premium on time . But since i have been unable to keep up due to temporary financial problems avbobo cannot help me. I have tried making arrangements but i was told that they can only help retrenched people. I thought avbobo got my back but in the most difficult time it abandoned me to such an extent that my policy is lapsing next month. I don't know what steps to take anymore. But wouldn't recommend for anyone because they are never there in the difficult time
