Post Sales barrier
Wow..This company brings new meaning to post sales barrier.You have a turn around time of 10 days to resolve queries and yet I sent an email on the 10 of January only to be responded to on the 31st of January with some nonsense clearly showing that the person didn't bother to read and understand my query requesting for documents that I had already sent.Today is the 25 of February and you are still quiet you bunch of ****** with pathetic service.
