Horrible horrible horrible. A policy was incorrectly created and my childrens names where spelled wrong, i then also noticed on the self service that 'my' email is not mine, but andiswamonica@gmail - who the hell is Andiswa? I logged a POPIA complaint because i want to know if my policy documents were sent to this person - havnt heard anything from your compliance officer. I requested to cancel - got confirmation it was cancelled and guess who debitted my account again for a policy that was 'cancelled'.
