Poor service of avbob as a whole.
Bad customer service,their consultants do not help a person they just sit and chat.And their procedures are very poor they dont know how to mourn with the broken hearted....Ridiculous system in place.its easy for them to take money monthly from clients but hard to pay it when clained.
